How long is the initial consultation?

Typically 60–90 minutes depending on the provider to allow for a comprehensive health assessment.  

What should I bring or prepare for the first appointment?

You will be asked to complete a Health history, current medications/supplements, recent lab results, and completed intake forms in Charm (our patient portal) prior to your first visit. The more information we have the better.

Will there be a physical exam or diagnostic testing?

Yes, depending on your concerns, physical exams and tests like blood work may be completed or recommended.

Absolutely—diet, sleep, stress, exercise, and emotional health are key components of the assessment and treatment plan moving forward. We look at the whole person in order to help you truly heal.

Do I need to make lifestyle changes?

Yes, treatment plans include personalized recommendations for diet, movement, and stress management.

How much does treatment cost?

Costs vary based on the complexity of your condition and treatment plan. Initial visits with our doctors are for a full hour. 

Is naturopathic care covered by insurance?

WE DON’T Take insurance but can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.  

  • Our doctors can write prescriptions for certain lab work that can be done through the lab your insurance may cover depending on your plan.

  • Our doctors can also write prescriptions for imaging that may be covered by your insurance depending on your plan.

How will progress be monitored?

Through follow-up visits, lab tests, and ongoing communication with your provider. We encourage all of our patients to be an active participant in their treatment and your feedback is vital in helping ensure you are on the road to healing.
