Where are you located?

Our office address is 640 Main St., Watertown, CT, 06795. The practice is located behind the Wal closest to the Post Office as you travel towards Rt. 6. Pull into the driveway between Walgreens and D'Amico Agency and you will see the practice on the right. There is plenty of parking available.

**Please note: we recommend using our zip code when using GPS to locate our office, as there is a 640 Main St. in Oakville, CT. You may use the alternate address of "650 Main St., Watertown, CT" (the D'Amico Agency) for GPS purposes to locate us.

What are your hours?

Monday - Thursday from 9 am - 6 pm

Fridays from 9 am - 1 pm

What types of insurance are accepted at the Center for Natural Medicine?

We are a preferred provider of the following insurance programs:

Anthem Blue Cross-Blue Shield of CT ONLY
Aetna
Cigna
Connecticare
United Healthcare
Husky members who are under 21 years of age

We are not a participating provider with Medicare or any insurance plan that is secondary to Medicare. We are considered a specialist and cannot be a primary care provider. Each insurance company has various plans and policies, therefore, not all policies cover Naturopathic physicians.

What are your out of pocket costs?

New patient visits range in cost from $210 - $275 depending on the complexity of the visit. Follow up visits range in cost from $115 - $185 depending on the complexity of the visit.

Does my insurance cover Acupuncture?

Our acupuncture services are an out-of-pocket cost. This means, acupuncture will not be submitted to your insurance and you are responsible for the fee at the time of service.

What can I expect from my visit?

A comprehensive medical assessment, laboratory evaluation and diagnostic testing as needed will be done during the initial one-hour office visit. An individualized program of natural medications and therapy will be prescribed. We strive to provide the least invasive and most cost-effective approach to resolving your health concerns.

How long are appointments?

The initial visit lasts anywhere from 60-90 minutes depending on what you are seeking treatment for. Follow up visits vary from 30-45 minutes depending on the treatment(s) provided.

What is your Cancellation policy?

Center for Natural Medicine practices patient-centered medicine, which requires that we schedule adequate time with our patients. Due to the length of your visit, we require 24-hour notification of your cancellation. There is a $40.00 charge for missed visits, or visits that are canceled within less than 24-hours.

What are colonics?

Colon hydrotherapy is a gentle flush of warm water that is repeated to rid the colon of waste, dead tissue, mucous, bacteria or fungus. With the help of colonics you can restore the bacterial balance that may be altered. This treatment will increase the utilization of nutrients and strengthen the muscles of the colon in order to boost your immune system, energy level, fertility and balance in your blood stream.

Where do I buy my supplements?

We carry most products that we recommend in our practice’s dispensary. We only carry highly reputable brands that are produced under independent quality control procedures and have shown efficacy in clinical practice.

When our dispensary does not have the product that we recommend for you, we will provide alternative sources for purchase through fullscript.com (online resource that links you to one of our distributors), or the local supplement shops listed below.

We do not recommend shopping on Amazon.com or other online retail supplement suppliers as there are many counterfeit products and we cannot ensure product safety.
